Membership Classification Includes $25 application fee for new members
Builder $395 Associate $395
Builder membership requires 1 year industry experience as a builder, developer or remodeler, and must be the primary source of income. Accociates are any businesses related to the homebuilding industry, providing products or services to builders, developers or other real estate professionals. Builders will have to sign a membership agreement and provide bank or other references. The GCHBA will bill your payment, which can be paid with cash, check, Visa or Mastercard.
